New Hire: Account Manager Jason Ward

July 17, 2012

We have another new team member to introduce to you! Please help us welcome Jason Ward, who is joining team SmallBox as an account manager. He has a background in project management, and studied sociology at Purdue and the University of Indianapolis.

Jason hails from the bustling metropolis of Winamac, IN, population 2500. For the last 11 years he has lived in Indianapolis and is a proud member of the Irvington neighborhood. He spends a lot of time volunteering in Irvington and in the Southeast Neighborhoods (greater Fountain Square). His wife and daughter occupy most of his free time, but as he says, "when they get bored of me I often find myself playing board games, writing or playing video games."

Want to say hello? Connect with Jason on Twitter.

What bands do you listen to? Tool, Tori Amos, The Decemberists, Tom Morello, They Might be Giants: and that is just the T's...

Fill in the blank: If I wasn't a project manager, I'd probably be unemployed (hello, sociologist!).

What is your favorite place in Indianapolis? Either Lazy Daze or Black Acre

When I'm whiling away time on the web, I usually read the news or search for new music.

Caffeine of choice? iced soy mocha

Write the first thing that comes to mind when reading each word!

internet: Convenient
lasers: Stormtroopers
ideas: Too many
gaming: Fun
Broad Ripple: SmallBox (but it used to be Brugge)

Anything else you want folks to know about you?
I am an adjunct professor of sociology at the University of Indianapolis, and it is great fun!
