Indy Star came by to check out our space for a recurring piece they do on people in their office. Most of our team has had a hand in shaping the space – we picked the paint colors, Emily brings flowers in every Monday, our combined personal collections make up what I call the unofficial rock poster museum of Indy and Jeb has been on countless excursions to Antique Helper for the Mid Century pieces that grace our break room.
We look at our space as an important extension of our culture. It has to reflect who we are as a company. That’s why we have a bike rack on our roof top patio, a record player in the break room and a lounge area worthy of Beer Friday. We’ve created the environment to be a place where we can get together to think and solve problems, go tackle our projects, and then come back together for laughs. Most importantly, if you ask Jeb about our space, “It has to be in Broad Ripple, walking distance to the record store.”
We were awfully glad to share our space with Indy Star. Check out the full article here. We showed ours – now we want to see yours! Let us know, what makes your space special?
