What would you do if you weren't working at SmallBox? Culinary school
When you're not SmallBoxing, you're most likely: Spending time with my hubby & daughter, cooking, reading, finding new recipes on Pinterest, volunteering at my church, kickboxing, taking walks, mentoring high school kids
How do you get involved in your community? I work with my husband's organization, Youth Mentoring Initiative. We provide mentoring programs for junior high and high school students on school campuses, working on personal development and life skills. I also help lead the youth ministry adult volunteer team and work with high school students at our church.
I believe in: finding joy in the simple things and living life with purpose and hope.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever gotten? Lead by example.
Favorite band: I'm a fan of many styles and genres of music — definitely struggle to name a fave.

Longest you can go without internet: Probably a couple days — I like having weekends "unplugged"...oh wait- I need the Internet for Pinterest...2 days might be a little long...
What is the meaning of life? Love others and be the difference you want to see in the world.
What's your ninja superpower? Multitasking.
What's your proudest achievement? My marriage to my best friend — learning what it means to love someone unconditionally and embracing the adventures of life together.
