HCLA, the Hamilton County Leadership Academy, is a non-profit here in Indiana. Its goal is to develop leaders for Indiana, specifically Hamilton County which includes Fishers, Carmel and Noblesville.
Small Box created a dynamic site driven by a customized Content Management System.
