Sweetwater Realty is a full-service Indiana real estate company representing a variety of lake homes for sale inside the Cordry Sweetwater Conservancy district of Sweetwater Lakes in Nineveh, IN. The Cordry Sweetwater Conservancy district is one of the most scenic areas of Indiana, located in the northeast corner of Brown County approximately 12 miles northeast of Nashville and approximately 20 miles from Franklin and 20 miles from Columbus. Centrally located in Indiana, it has easy access to Indianapolis and other metropolitan areas.

Sweetwater Realty came to Small Box in need of a complete site re-design to showcase their real estate listings. Small Box was able to program their new website to automatically pull data from Sweetwater's listings with MIBOR (Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors) - allowing Sweetwater to update their listings across the entire site with the push of a button.
