Web Design Back to Services
Web design is often confused with Web development. In fact, they are two very different things. A designer creates the look and feel of the site using design software, often Photoshop and Illustrator, then the Web developer converts those designs into programming code for the Web.
A successful Web site must be designed to accomplish several objectives. The first objective is usability. Unlike traditional media, Web design must also accommodate user interaction. So it is important for a Web designer to have a good understanding of what is and isn't possible within the realm of Web development.
