Fiscal Tax is an industry leader in tax preparation and related services in Indiana. As the second largest tax filing company operating in the state, their main competitors are national chains. To compete with those chains, they needed a redesign that would give their site the kind of world-class usability that would produce conversions, and they needed to show up at the top of local searches on Google.

Solution

SmallBox built a store locator into Fiscal Tax's landing page that would lead customers right to their front door. Placing it front and center allowed visitors to see and use it as soon as they clicked into the site: simple, elegant, and effective.

Online forms were streamlined and crafted so that they would be even simpler to use.
