Challenge
Kipp Toys felt their site was not living up to its full potential as a sales tool, and they wanted to stay ahead of the game. We projected minor design and SEO interventions would produce a good deal of extra revenue. The goal was to increase online toy sales by 10%. In addition, we would get some of the company's side projects rolling by building sites for Coaster Stone and Lake Art.

Increased sales exceeded expectations. Instead of increasing by 10%, online toy sales increased by 30%. A stronger presence on search engines brought in more traffic, and a modified site design whose calls to action led seamlessly from home page to pay portal helped generate conversions.
