Noble of Indiana

Challenge

The oldest organization of its kind in Indiana, Noble serves 2000 children and adults with developmental disabilities — working with them as individuals, with their families, and placing them in jobs that will be a win-win for both the individual and the employer. 

They needed a website that would display the best-in-class services they provide, reinforcing their credibility and expertise by presenting their rich and storied history in their field of service. 

Their website needed to speak to four audiences:
-The physicians & referrers who send Noble their clients
-The donors and volunteers that support their innovative services 
-The local businesses who partner with them to place clients in jobs  
-The community leaders, media and general public who create policies that empower their clients, when they're well-informed about their client's needs

Solution

SmallBox integrated video and social media content into the site to tell Noble's success stories in more vivid, gripping, and up-to-date ways.

SmallBox created a more clearly organized site hierarchy and navigation to make it easier for users to see, intuit and explore the breadth of Noble's offerings. We incorporated contact forms and other ways of engaging site visitors to create more opportunities for Noble to enroll and involve their audiences in their mission.

We increased the amount of content on their site and optimized code and content according to our SEO best practices to make the site more visible to search engines.
